What it does
StayStream automates high-speed internet access (HSIA) for hotel guests. It works with OPERA PMS and MikroTik routers so verified in-house guests get Wi-Fi access without front-desk intervention, and access ends when they check out. As part of the solution, StayPulse implements a luxury multilingual hotspot guest portal on the hotel’s MikroTik routers, giving every guest a polished, branded welcome to the network.
Guest internet accounts are often created and removed by hand at the front desk. Guests wait for access or lose it before departure, old accounts stay active after check-out, and connectivity complaints keep reaching reception and IT.

Their internet access ends automatically, so no stale accounts remain active and front office has nothing to clean up.
